1.9 Spring Birthday

Gwen and Mark continued to live together amicably, they had not been intimate since the failed proposal. But they still slept in the same bed and were flirty and friendly together. Mark wanted to take it slow and give Gwen all the time she needed to figure out what she wanted. He just hoped that she decided she wanted to be with him.

They spent most of their free time, painting and writing respectively. Interrupted only by their work schedules or to care for baby Aislinn. Soon it was time for Aislinn’s birthday, while they didn’t have much by way of money they did share a great love for their children. Gwen baked a pink strawberry cake for little Aislinn in preparation for her birthday!

In no time, it was soon Aislinn’s birthday! She aged up into an adorable toddler with the clingy trait. Looks like little Aislinn will by glued to her parents until she ages up into a child. Now that the Perffaith’s had a toddler in the house they needed to expand their house. They had a little over §16,000 simoleons to their name and both of them had recently gotten promotions so they were making more simoleons each.

Gwen left the shed for work, waddling under the weight of her 3rd trimester belly. She wouldn’t be sad to see the corrugated tin sides and cheap trailer door go from their property, after all they were building a legacy, not a trailer park!

The shed was gone when Gwen returned from work and a lovely Victorian inspired two-story house stood in its place. It had taken all their simoleons and the second floor was not finished at all. But there were three bedrooms and two bathrooms along with a good amount of family living space, Mark had even started a garden in the front of the house. They would have to fill it with furniture overtime as simoleons allowed.

The first night in the new house, Gwen went into labor! Mark was up late practicing his painting when she come downstairs to tell him it was time to go to the hospital. Aislinn may have been a home birth, but Gwen wanted lots of doctors around her when she gave birth the what would hopefully be the heir of the Perffaith family.
